Finish - approx 11-30am

 

The aim of this ride is to help riders develop their through and off skills when riding / racing in a group. All welcome whatever your fitness level. The pace will be tempo but nothing nuts (fitter riders please use cadence for a greater workout). Re-grouping at the top of hills. We will be using the same route every week, if the pace is too high just sit on the back and hang on !  Useful links below. See you Sunday :-)
